Some of the side effects can be life-threatening if left untreated. For example, adrenal gland problems can occur with long-term use, which needs to be monitored very carefully.

One thing that really helped me with the side effects was sticking to a strict schedule. The extended-release capsules need to be taken at the same time every day. I set an alarm to remind me not to miss any doses. Also, staying hydrated and maintaining a balanced diet helped with some of the gastrointestinal issues. But honestly, the worst part is the potential for addiction. It's something you have to be very aware of and monitor closely with your doctor.

I just want to know if anyone has experienced serotonin syndrome? The symptoms sound terrifying.
