I recently started Mavenclad 10mg Tabs for my relapsing MS. I'm on the second treatment course, and while the medication has been effective, I've experienced some mild side effects like upset stomach and hair thinning. I'm curious to hear from others who have taken Mavenclad. What side effects did you experience, and how did you manage them? I'm particularly concerned about the potential for severe side effects like PML or Stevens-Johnson Syndrome. How likely are these, and should I be extra vigilant for symptoms? Also, how does Mavenclad compare to other MS treatments like Ocrevus? Any insights would be appreciated!

I started Mavenclad a couple of months ago. I'm worried about the risk of PML. Anyone have any experience with that? I appreciate any insight.

Stevens-Johnson Syndrome is rare but terrifying. I had a friend who developed it from another med, and it was horrible. Always keep an eye out for any unusual skin reactions and act fast if you see something weird.

I've been on Mavenclad for a year and I've experienced some hair thinning, but nothing too bad. Just wanted to chime in to say that the side effects are manageable for me. Make sure to have a good relationship with your doctor, they should listen to you and can give you some relief.

I've been on Mavenclad for a year now, and while it's managed my MS well, I've had some rough patches with fatigue and joint pain. Make sure to rest plenty and talk to your doctor about pain management. Avoiding serious infections and getting regular check-ups. Always good to be diligent with these things.

I switched from Ocrevus to Mavenclad and noticed a significant reduction in relapses. However, the hair loss was unexpected and frustrating. It's important to weigh the benefits against the side effects, I went with a wig.

I've had a good experience with Mavenclad so far, but I've heard horror stories about the hair loss. Any tips for dealing with that?

I've heard mixed reviews about Mavenclad. Some people love it, others hate the side effects. It's a bit of a gamble, but if it works for your MS, it might be worth it. Not fun dealing with constant cold-like symptoms, but manageable.

I've been on Mavenclad for about 8 months and I'm glad to hear others' experiences. The sleep disturbances were rough at first, but they've gone to a sleep schedule.
