I've been using MCT oil for about a month now as part of my ketogenic diet. I've heard it's great for weight management and brain function. However, I've also read about some side effects. Has anyone else tried it and is it really as effective as everyone says? I'm curious about other people's experiences. I take 4 tbsp daily and haven't noticed any side effects, but I'm wondering if I should know any other benefits.

I tried MCT oil for a week but ended up feeling nauseous. It might not be for everyone.

I've heard it can be really helpful for cognitive function, especially for people with Alzheimer's. Anyone have experience with that?

I've been using MCT oil for a while now and it's been a game-changer. I definitely feel more energized and it helps with my keto flu symptoms.

Just started using it in my coffee, tastes pretty nasty but I guess it's part of the keto sacrifice.

MCT oil is great if you're doing keto but it’ll jack up your insulin levels if you aren't in ketosis.
