Hello everyone, I've recently been prescribed Megace 20mg Tablets to help with weight gain due to my cancer treatment. I'm a bit worried about the potential side effects, especially the serious ones. Has anyone else had experience with this medication? What were your experiences like, and how did you cope with the side effects? I'm particularly interested in hearing about the less serious side effects like increased appetite, weight gain, and hot flashes. Also, if anyone has some expert tips on managing the side effects that would be helpful. Thanks in advance!
