Memantine 5mg Tablets are a commonly prescribed medication for treating moderate to severe Alzheimer's disease. By restoring the balance of natural substances in the brain, it can improve memory, awareness, and daily functioning. However, like any medication, it comes with potential side effects. I've started taking Memantine and have had some experiences. First, my doctor said it could help with my symptoms. I've had occasional dizziness, but it's been manageable. I'm curious to hear from others who have used this medication. What side effects have you experienced, and how have you managed them? Have you noticed any improvements in your symptoms? Feel free to share your experiences, tips, and any questions you might have. Let's support each other in this journey.

Has anyone here tried any natural supplements alongside Memantine? I'm looking for ways to boost my brain health beyond medication.

I've been on Memantine for a year now, and it's been a rollercoaster. The constipation is awful, and the dizziness is annoying, but my memory has improved a bit. I'm grateful for that

I've heard memantine can cause some serious side effects. Has anyone experienced anything really bad? I'm kind of scared to start taking it.

I switched to Memantine from another medication, and it's been a game changer. I'm actually able to remember more details from conversations and have more clarity throughout the day. Plus, I've had minimal side effects, just some mild headaches. Definitely worth a try if you're struggling with other treatments. Look into it as soon as possible

It's so frustrating how these medications can have such a hit-or-miss effect. I had no issues with Memantine but my friend did. Please be mindful of the side effects.

I've been on Memantine for a few months now. The dizziness was pretty bad at first, but it's subsided a bit. I made sure to take it with food as my doctor recommended, and that seemed to help. My doctor actually recommended Memantine to me after a CT scan and bloodwork. My biggest issue is the constipation, though. Anyone have any tips on how to deal with that?

Is anyone else dealing with confusion as a side effect? I feel like I'm in a fog most of the time. It's really affecting my daily activities. Doesn't seem worth it.

I had a bad reaction to Memantine. I developed a rash and started feeling really confused. Had to stop taking it immediately and go to the ER. Scary stuff. Be cautious and watch for any unusual symptoms.

I spent some time in the ER recently because of an allergic reaction to Memantine. Now, I avoid dairy. It was a scary experience but now I'm feeling better.

Dizziness is such a bummer. I've found that lying down and closing my eyes helps me get through it. I also started taking memantine with meals. It helped.
