I've been using Mesalamine 1000mg Suppositories for the past few months to treat my ulcerative proctitis, and I must say, it's been a game-changer. The suppositories work directly on the inflammation in the rectum, which has significantly reduced my symptoms. However, I did experience some side effects initially, such as slight rectal irritation and a bit of constipation. I spoke with my doctor, and we decided to manage these side effects with some dietary changes and increased water intake. I'm curious if anyone else has had similar experiences or any tips to share? Also, has anyone else had any issues with more serious side effects and how were they managed?

I'm really glad to hear that Mesalamine 1000mg Suppositories are working for some of you. My sister has been dealing with ulcerative proctitis for a while, and I think she might benefit from this. Has anyone tried this as a preventative measure, or is it mostly for active flare-ups?

I was nervous about trying these suppositories because of the potential side effects, but I've actually been doing really well with them. I did have some minor stomach pain and a bit of constipation, but it went away after a few weeks. I've stuck with them because they've really helped with my symptoms. If you're thinking about trying them, I'd say go for it, but just be prepared for the possibility of some minor side effects.

I have had a weird experience with Mesalamine. It's worked wonders for my symptoms, but I've had some weird skin flare-ups that seem to be related to it. It's a tough call because the suppositories are doing what they're supposed to, but I wonder if the skin issues are worth it.

These suppositories saved me from a lot of pain and discomfort. I was skeptical at first because I thought they'd be difficult to use, but it's been a breeze. No more ulcers or constant inflammation. If you're hesitating, take a chance.

I've been on these for a while and haven't had any major side effects, but I did have some minor issues at first, like a bit of constipation and some gas. Nothing too bad, though. I just increased my water intake, and it helped a lot.

I had a really bad reaction to mesalamine once. I ended up with hives and swelling in my throat. It was terrifying, but thankfully, I got medical help right away. I switched to a different medication, and it's been much better for me.

I've been using Mesalamine for a while now, and it's really helped with my symptoms. I did have some minor side effects like constipation and stomach pain, but nothing too bad. I just changed my diet a bit and increased my water intake, and it helped a lot. I also recommend talking to your doctor about any concerns you have. They can help you manage any side effects and make the most of the treatment.

I can't believe how well this works for me! The suppositories have really helped with the inflammation, but I did have some minor rectal irritation at first. It went away after a while, though.
