I've been on and off Methylprednisolone for my lupus flare-ups. The worst side effect I've had is severe irritability. It was really hard on my family and so I decided to stop taking this medicine and find a new solution. It made me realize how much my husband and family had to put up with and I don't think I would want to go through that again.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but ROTFL at the comment about sweating too much. I went from sweating to being a puddle of water. I had a bucket in my room to catch it all. It was a hot mess. But it was worth it to get my allergies under control. I was sneezing so much I was dizzy and it helped with that.

I was on this medication for a severe allergic reaction. The side effects were manageable, but I made sure to monitor my blood sugar levels regularly.
