Metrocream 0.75% Cream: My Experience and Concerns about Side Effects
I was prescribed Metrocream 0.75% Cream for my rosacea and have been using it for a few weeks now. So far, it seems to be helping with the redness and bumps, but I'm a bit worried about the potential side effects. Has anyone else experienced any of the serious side effects like nervous system problems or mood changes? I'm also curious about how common the more mild side effects, like dry skin or itching, are. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I feel like Metrocream is the only thing that has worked for me. If you want to know if it will work for you, try it! I'm pretty sure it works well.
I had really bad itching and burning when I first started using it, but it went away after a week. Just stick with it if you can.
I've been using Metrocream for a few months and haven't had any major issues. Just a bit of dryness, but it's manageable.
I wish they'd tell you that it can make you feel like you're drunk when you apply it. It's not a side effect that belongs in regular rosacea treatments. Not a fan.
I have depression and I didn't want to make it worse. After talking to my doctor, I stuck to it and everything went okay. Just keep an eye on it.
I had a weird tingling sensation on my skin, so I talked to my doctor and they switched me to something else. I think it is worth looking into if you are concerned about any side effects.
I had to stop using it because of all the side effects. Get a second opinion before sticking with it.
Metrocream worked wonders for me! No side effects at all. Just be patient and give it time to work.
