I've been on Mi-Yesintek 45mg/0.5ml injections for about a year now to manage my psoriasis. Ustekinumab has been a game-changer in reducing inflammation, but I've had to keep a close eye on potential side effects. The medicine works by blocking IL-12 and IL-23 proteins, which are key players in causing inflammation. It's given as a subcutaneous injection, which was a bit daunting at first, but I've gotten the hang of it. The most concerning part is the possibility of serious side effects, like allergic reactions, severe infections, or even pneumonia. I've felt tired and had some headaches, but nothing too alarming so far. I think it's crucial to stay informed about the risks and know when to seek medical help. I've even reported a couple of mild side effects to my doctor and the FDA. If you've had a similar experience, or advice for me, I'd love to hear it.

Psoriasis is so tough to live with. That was the most frustrating part of my life, and I'm glad I chose to give Mi-Yesintek a try. There really is no other alternative. I've been using it for over a year now to control my psoriasis and the side effects have been minimal for me, which is a relief! I had a bit of a headache after my first injection, but it went away within a few hours. I've heard that some people experience more severe side effects, so I'm glad I've been lucky so far. Is there anything that you did to help with the injection site irritation?

I'm glad to hear that so many people are finding relief with Mi-Yesintek. It's amazing how different medications work for different people. I'm just grateful to have found something that works for me.

I was on Remicade for years, but it stopped working for me. Mi-Yesintek has been a lifesaver for my psoriatic arthritis. I've had some injection site reactions, but nothing major. I also use CBD to help with pain and inflammation. It is so nice to have something that works!

I've been on this medication for a couple of months now to manage my psoriatic arthritis. I've had some muscle aches and fatigue, but nothing too bad. At first, I was really nervous about the injections, but they've been pretty easy to do. The trick is warming the medication to room temperature before injecting and rotating the injection sites to avoid irritation and soreness. I think the hardest part for me was learning to administer it correctly. The nurse at my doctor's office had me practice on an orange before I gave myself the first shot. Now it feels like second nature. I'm just glad I don't have to deal with the constant pain and redness anymore.

Mi-Yesintek is the only thing to help my psoriasis. My doctor thought I would never get relief because so many other options didn't work. But it's been a game changer! I'm really glad that it has not caused any serious side effects. How many people had to switch from the injections during the pandemic like I did? It was a real pain.

I've been on Mi-Yesintek for six months for my Crohn's disease, and it's been pretty effective. I had a tough time with the injection site reactions at first. I tried switching injection sites every week and using an ice pack after injection. That seems to have helped quite a bit. It's scary to think about the serious side effects, but my doctor assured me that they're rare. Still, I keep a close eye on any changes and report them to my doctor. I had to get a new needle and syringe last week because they were expired, so I had to hold off on my injection until my pharmacy could ship me more.
