I've been using Miconazole Nitrate 2% Top CR 42.5gm for the past week to treat a nasty case of athlete's foot. I've tried other creams in the past, but this one seems to be working well so far. The instructions say to apply it twice a day, and I've been diligent about that. The cream absorbs quickly and doesn't leave a greasy residue, which is a big plus. I haven't experienced any side effects yet, but I'm aware of the potential for allergic reactions and severe irritation. I've been cautious about that and immediately discontinue use if I notice any signs of an allergic reaction, such as rash, hives, or swelling. My doctor recommended this cream and I'm hopeful it will clear up the infection soon. Has anyone else used this cream? How have your experiences been? Any tips or warnings to share?

Be careful with this stuff. I had a really bad reaction to it last time. I got hives all over my body and had to go to the ER. It was scary but I'm glad I caught it early. List of side effects seems daunting but I guess it's rare.

I had a similar experience with athlete's foot. I used Miconazole Nitrate 2% Top CR 42.5gm for a couple of weeks and it cleared up completely. Just make sure to apply it regularly and keep the area clean. It’s frustrating dealing with these kinds of infections because they’re easily spreadable but this treatment helped me significantly. It’s great to hear the care you are putting into it, hopefully you see results as well.

Watch out for the burning feeling when you apply it. It's normal, but it can be scary if you're not expecting it. Just hang in there and keep applying it as directed.

I heard this stuff can interact badly with some other medications. Just a heads up to check with your doctor if you're on anything else.

I've always found that using socks with good air flow helps to keep your feet dry and prevent infections from coming back. Definitely worth the investment if you're dealing with athlete's foot.

I've used this cream for jock itch before and it worked like a charm. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and apply it consistently. It's worth it to be patient and follow the directions carefully.
