Be careful with this stuff. I had a really bad reaction to it last time. I got hives all over my body and had to go to the ER. It was scary but I'm glad I caught it early. List of side effects seems daunting but I guess it's rare.
I had a similar experience with athlete's foot. I used Miconazole Nitrate 2% Top CR 42.5gm for a couple of weeks and it cleared up completely. Just make sure to apply it regularly and keep the area clean. It’s frustrating dealing with these kinds of infections because they’re easily spreadable but this treatment helped me significantly.
