I recently had to undergo a medical procedure and was given Midazolam 5mg/ml Inj, 2ml to help me relax. The medication worked well, but I experienced some side effects that I want to share. I felt extremely drowsy and had memory issues for a few hours after the procedure. I'm curious if others have had similar experiences or if anyone has any tips for dealing with these side effects. Additionally, I'd like to know if there are any long-term effects to be aware of. Thanks in advance for sharing your insights!

Midazolam is amazing for preoperative anesthesia. I had no problems with it during my colonoscopy. Just make sure to have someone drive you home afterwards because you will be too drowsy to safely drive.

I've never heard of this drug before. I'm glad it works, but those side effects sound rough. I'll stick to my over-the-counter pain relievers, thanks.

I think it's important to note that everyone's experience with Midazolam can be different. My friend had no side effects, while I felt like I was in a fog for hours. Just be prepared for the worst and hope for the best.

I had a bad reaction to Midazolam. I started twitching and feeling agitated. It was scary, and I had to seek medical help right away. Definitely worth being cautious with this drug.

I had a panic attack after waking up from Midazolam. It was terrifying. I had to call my doctor and go in for a check-up. I think it's important to be aware of the potential risks.

I remember waking up from surgery feeling like I had a terrible hangover. Turns out it was just the Midazolam. Definitely not a fun experience, but at least it helped with the procedure.

Midazolam works wonders for calming nerves before a procedure. Just make sure to follow post-op instructions carefully. No driving or operating heavy machinery.
