I've been on Mirtazapine 15mg Tablets for a few months now to treat my depression, and I've seen some significant improvements in my mood and sleep patterns. However, I've also experienced some side effects, including increased appetite and weight gain, as well as some pretty vivid dreams. I've heard that this medication can help with appetite and sleep, but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced these side effects to this extent and if there's any way to mitigate them?

I've been on Mirtazapine for a few weeks and I'm already feeling so much better. It's like a fog has lifted. I've been taking it at night and it hasn't affected my sleep at all. It’s been great.

I wish I could say Mirtazapine worked for me. I had some severe side effects and it just wasn't worth the risk. Everyone's different, though. Don't give up if it doesn't work for you, there are other options.

Mirtazapine saved my life. I was suicidal and it brought me back from the brink. Just be aware of the side effects and communicate with your psychiatrist. It's worth the struggle, trust me.

I'm on 30mg because 15mg wasn't enough for me. I’ve had some mild dizziness, but otherwise, it’s been amazing. If you’re not feeling any improvement, talk to your doctor, they might need to adjust your dose.

I switched from another antidepressant to Mirtazapine and it was a huge improvement. My appetite went through the roof, though. I gained about 10 pounds in the first couple of months. But, the depression lifted and I was able to manage my work and life better.
