I recently started using Mitigo (Morphine) 10mg/ml Inj, 20ml for severe chronic pain, and while it's effective, I'm concerned about the side effects. I've read that it can cause serious issues like breathing difficulties, seizures, and even serotonin syndrome. Has anyone else experienced any of these serious side effects? How do you manage the risks? Also, what should you do if you suspect you're having an adverse reaction? I've heard that constipation is a common issue. Do you have any tips to manage this? Appreciate any advice!

Serotonin syndrome is real, folks. Be mindful of other medications and supplements you're taking. I had a close call with it, and it wasn't pretty. It can be life-threatening.

Agree that Mitigo has been instrumental in managing my pain. But the side effects are no joke. I have the sweats regularly, and it's annoying. I've never had any severe issues, though. Knock on wood.

I've heard horror stories about people getting addicted to opiates. How do you ensure you don't develop a dependency? I'm terrified it'll happen to me. Has anyone else had this fear?

I've been on it for a while, and the constipation is brutal. I have to take stool softeners regularly to manage it. Also, always keep your doctor in the loop about any side effects you experience, no matter how minor they seem.

Mitigo is a powerful drug, so it's essential to monitor for serious side effects like breathing issues or signs of an allergic reaction. If you experience any of these, seek medical help immediately.

I recently switched to a different opioid because Mitigo caused too much drowsiness and confusion for me. I was constantly falling asleep during the day and couldn't focus on anything. Just sharing in case anyone else is experiencing this.
