I've been using Moisturel Lotion 397ml for a few weeks now, and I've noticed some irritation on my skin. The lotion contains dimethicone, which is supposed to help protect and moisturize the skin by forming a barrier that locks in moisture. However, I'm concerned about the possible side effects, especially the urgent ones like allergic reactions. Has anyone else had similar experiences or know more about the potential risks? Is it worth continuing to use this product, or should I switch to something else?

I switched to Moisturel Lotion from another brand because of its claims of forming a protective barrier. It's worked wonders for me. I haven't experienced any issues, and my skin feels hydrated all day. No irritation or allergic reactions. But I do take breaks from using it to give my skin a rest.

Just a heads up: I read that the irritation could be due to other ingredients in the lotion besides dimethicone. Make sure to check all the ingredients and see if any of them could cause an issue. You can also double-check with a doctor to be safe.

I've mostly used it for my hands and feet. It actually did a great job, but I noticed it's a bit greasy. I had to clean my hands more frequently than before. But it did work well. I mostly recommend it for people with very dry skin.

I've never had any issues with it and have been using it on my face and body for months. I heard dimethicone is a common ingredient in a lot of skincare products. It keeps my skin hydrated and doesn't irritate it.

I've been using it for a while and love the results, but I've never had to seek medical help. I'd suggest consulting a doctor before using it, especially if you have skin issues.

It's important to note that everyone's skin is different. What works for one person might not work for another. If you're having issues, it might be worth trying a different product or seeing a dermatologist.
