I was prescribed Morphine Sul 75mg ER Caps (24h) for chronic pain. My doctor assured me it's safe, but the side effects list is terrifying. Has anyone else taken this, and if so, what was your experience? The urgent side effects list includes allergic reactions, serotonin syndrome, adrenal gland problems, and more. I'm really worried about these potential issues. The other possible side effects seem more manageable, but I'm still concerned. Has anyone had severe side effects, and how did you deal with them? I'd really appreciate some insight or advice.

Be very careful with this stuff. I had a friend who ended up in the hospital with serotonin syndrome because he didn't know about the interactions with his other meds. Always double-check with a pharmacist!

Make sure you’re taking this exactly as prescribed and never mix with alcohol or other drugs. It’s a serious medication and should be treated as such.

I had a friend who had to get off these because of the adrenal gland problems. It was a rough transition. Just be aware and talk to your doctor regularly.

You might want to look into physical therapy or other non-medical pain management strategies. It helped me a lot! They can work alongside medication.

This medication helped me immensely with chronic pain, but the constipation was brutal. My doctor recommended a stool softener, which helped a lot. Keep an eye on that.

I've heard some horror stories about these. Make sure you have a support system in place, just in case. It's better to be safe than sorry.

For those experiencing severe constipation, consider increasing your fiber intake and staying hydrated. It can make a big difference.

I switched from Morphine to a different pain management plan because of the side effects. The drowsiness and anxiety were too much to handle on a daily basis.
