I always tell people not to take this on an empty stomach, but even then, side effects can happen. I took it after a big meal once, and still had issues.
I've never had issues with it but I've heard some horror stories... Almost every painkiller has risks, so do your research and know the signs.
Be careful with these, they can mess with your blood pressure and kidneys. I had to stop taking them because of a high BP issue.
Once I had to be hospitalized because of uncontrollable bleeding. It was scary but I got better, just make sure you know the signs!
