I've started giving my 5 year old Multi-Vita-f 1mg Chew Tabs as recommended by our dentist. The chewable tablets are easy to take and my kid seems to like the taste. The tablets are fortified with essential vitamins and minerals for healthy growth and fluoride to help prevent cavities. But the side effects list is kind of scary - anyone else using this and notice any issues? I'm especially worried about the allergic reactions and changes in teeth or gums. I've been doing research and the website is so vague on this with just a fleeting mention. I guess I'm looking to see if any other parents use this and have any advice or input. Cheers.

My kid had an upset stomach the first few days, but it went away. Don't worry too much, but definitely keep an eye on them.

I have been using it for a while, never had any side effects. Just make sure to keep an eye out and report any side effects right away. I've found that to be the best course of action. If you have any questions or concerns, just reach out to a doctor. They can help you out.

I couldn't find anything about Multi-Vita-f on the FDA site. Has anyone else had trouble finding info on this brand? What's the best website to find accurate info on this?

Multi-Vita-f has been great for my daughter. She loves the taste, and it's helped with her overall health and dental check-ups. No issues so far. But I did talk to her doctor about the side effects, and she assured me they're rare. Just monitor closely and you should be fine.

I haven't heard of this brand before, but I trust my dentist and my doctor recommend it so I'm giving it a shot. My son hates taking pills so this will be much easier. I'll keep an eye on him though, just in case. Multis are always a bit tricky I've noticed. Sometimes they have too many vitamins and minerals. Kinds of overflows the body you know. I know the dentist has my back but I've got questions about my son's teeth. I'll just give it a month and then talk to the doc again. If he has any side effects, I know I can report them and get help. That's a big plus.

Definitely read the whole side effects list and keep an eye out for any rashes or swelling. My nephew had a minor reaction, nothing serious, but it's better to be safe.
