Multivit/f 0.25mg Chewable Tablets: My Child's Doctor Recommended Them - Helpful or Harmful?
My child recently started taking Multivit/f 0.25mg Chewable Tablets. They’re a chewable tablet designed for kids that provides essential vitamins and minerals for healthy growth, plus fluoride for teeth health. The pediatrician seems confident about these tablets. This is new to me, so while I want what’s best for my child, I’m a bit cautious. Has anyone else given these to their kids? It’s a lot to take in, especially the potential side effects listed—severe allergic reactions, changes in teeth and gums, upset stomachs. We’re pretty careful with medications so if there are things to be aware of, I’d love to hear more.

Anyone else experience their kid having weird changes in teeth or gums? My child has had some strange spots on their gums and I'm a bit worried.
These tablets are awesome. My kids take them during dinner because they like the flavor. I didn't think my youngest would like them, but he loves them. I just wish they were less expensive.
This is a great thread. Thanks for starting it. Keep us updated on how your child does. I hope it goes well.
Dental health is really important. These tablets are useful. I've also started giving my kids a fluoride supplement. It might seem like overkill but I'd rather be safe.
Be cautious with fluoride. It’s great for teeth, but too much can lead to issues like dental fluorosis—white spots or streaks on the teeth. Just keep an eye on their intake and consult with the pediatrician regularly.
I think it's great that these tablets provide all the necessary vitamins and minerals the kids need. My daughter started taking them a few months ago and her energy levels have improved. I mean, it might just be a coincidence but I don't think so. I like the convenience of giving my daughter just one tablet instead of several different vitamins.
Honestly, I think these side effects are pretty unusual. I've never experienced anything serious with my child. Well, maybe some mild stomach upset but it didn't last long.
I give these to my kids and they love the chewable tablets. They think it's a treat and it makes taking vitamins a fun thing. Plus, their teeth are in perfect shape and they seem pretty healthy. Highly recommend.
I wish my doctor recommended these. Seems it could take care of a few of my concerns like cavities and strengthening teeth. A friend of mine recommended vitamin C chews but they seem to have more side effects.
