I've been taking Toremifene 60mg Tablets daily for the past three months as part of my postmenopausal breast cancer treatment. I was prescribed this medication because it blocks estrogen, which can fuel some breast cancer growth. I must remind myself to take it at the same time every day. It was a bit challenging to get used to the side effects like hot flashes and excessive sweating. I've been advised that some side effects like dizziness and fatigue can happen, but I've been fortunate to experience only minor ones, thankfully. I've been told that if I experience any of the serious side effects such as trouble breathing or allergic reactions like rash or hives, I should go to the doctor right away. Has anyone else had to take this medication? I'm curious to know how others have experienced this and whether it has any impact on their daily life

I had jaundice after taking this for a few weeks, it was really scary, I've never felt like my skin and eyes turned yellow before.

I've been on Toremifene for about 6 months now. Definitely experienced some of the side effects you mentioned, but my doctor assured me they're normal. I keep a journal to track any changes, especially since some of the serious side effects can be life-threatening.

I had a reaction where I was breaking out with little bumps and my skin was peeling and I was swelling all over. I felt like I was dying. I went to the ER and they told me it was a allergic reaction and I almost died because of it. I hated it.

I wish I could report my side effects anonymously, but I have been scared to because I don't want to jinx myself or something.

I've been taking Toremifene for about a year now, and while the side effects were tough at first, I've adjusted to them. The real issue is the cost. My insurance doesn't cover it fully, so it's been a financial strain. Anyone else dealing with this?

For me, it has been a challenge. This medication can be very hard to keep track of as a daily pill. I have a pill organizer that I use to keep track of my meds and my appointments.

I found that taking Toremifene with a small meal helped reduce the upset stomach and vomiting. It's a bit of a hassle, but it's worth it to avoid those symptoms.

Be careful with this medication and if you experience any serious side effects, get help immediately. I had a friend who didn't and it was almost too late.

Same here! I started Toremifene last month, and the hot flashes are brutal. I've been wearing layers so I can peel them off when I get hot. Has anyone found any tricks to cope with this?
