I was recently prescribed Trezix Capsules to manage moderate to moderately severe pain, and I must admit, I'm a bit overwhelmed by the list of possible side effects. Has anyone else been prescribed this medication for chronic pain? I'm curious about how well it works and what to expect. My doctor mentioned it contains acetaminophen, caffeine, and dihydrocodeine, but I want to understand more about the potential risks. Disclosure: I am currently taking 1000mg ibuprofen every three to four hours and it does not help my pain.

Does anyone else find the constipation side effect to be really bad? I've tried everything to manage it, but it's still a struggle.

I was so worried about the serious side effects but I've been on Trezix for a year and haven't had any issues. Just take it as directed, and you’ll be fine.

Be very careful with things that can cause serotonin syndrome. My friend got it from taking Trezix with an antidepressant. Scary stuff.

I can’t believe how scary some of the side effects are. In the brochure it says to call if you experience any of the severe ones. Dealing with chronic pain sucks but I’m terrified of the serious side effects.

Make sure to follow the dosing directions carefully. I messed up and took too much the first time, and it was intense.

Trezix has been a game-changer for my fibromyalgia. It's a bit of a roller coaster with the side effects, but my doctor helped me manage them. The caffeine in it does make me a bit jittery, but it’s worth it for the pain relief.

I've had a similar experience. Make sure you stay hydrated and monitor for any signs of allergic reactions. I had a bad reaction to a different pain med once, and it was terrifying. Better safe than sorry.
