I've recently started taking Copiktra 25mg capsules to treat my Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) and I've been curious about others' experiences with this medication in controlling the growth and spread of the cancer cells. The drug information provided by the healthcare team was overwhelming, and I can’t seem to wrap my head around the possibility and severity of the side effects. Does anyone have any tips for recognizing and managing these side effects? I am particularly concerned about the serious ones. So far I've experienced some fatigue and upset stomach, but nothing too severe. The worst was having to miss a few workdays due to fatigue and muscle pain. But I understand it’s a necessary evil. What are your experiences and advice?

I've had some strange issues with electrolyte levels. Keep an eye out for mood swings or muscle cramps.
The vomiting was the worst. I had to switch to a different anti-nausea medication. I hated losing my appetite too.
I'm on week 3 and so far so good. Knock on wood. Just hoping it stays this way.
I found that taking Copiktra really helped with my lymphocytic lymphoma. It was a game-changer for me. It took a bit of trial and error, but once I figured out the right management of the side effects, it was a breeze.
My partner noticed abnormal bleeding in his stool and did not think much of it. He should have taken that more seriously.
Be very careful with any signs of bleeding. I had some issues with bruising. I had to switch to a softer toothbrush and be mindful of cuts and bruises.
I've been on Copiktra for a few months now. The fatigue is real, but manageable. Stay hydrated and listen to your body. If you feel overwhelmed, don't hesitate to take a break. I find exercising helps me with muscle pain and energy levels.
I'm curious if anyone has experienced weight loss as a side effect. I've lost quite a bit and it’s worrying me.
I was terrified of the side effects, but all I get is a mild headache sometimes. Fingers crossed it stays this way. Be sure to keep a journal or something to track any changes.
Got a rash a few weeks in. Turns out it was an allergic reaction. Scary stuff. Make sure you know the signs of an allergic reaction.
