I had some wicked restlessness at first but it tapered off. I would definitely consider this med because it works.
It's really important to stay hydrated when you're on this medication. I found that helped with some of the side effects like headaches and dry mouth.

I took this medication a few years back, I have to admit i did feel a lot more productive at work but i had to stop because of the side effects. I mean, you can't always have what you want.
