I started Aristada about 6 months ago to help manage my schizophrenia. I've had trouble controlling body movements, which is very concerning. I had to seek medical attention and my doctor adjusted the dosage. Not sure what to make of the side effects yet.
Anyone else experience the strong, uncontrollable urges? I've been having some urges to gamble, and it's becoming a problem. I'm not sure what to do about it. Any advice?
Aristada really helped me stabilize my mood swings. I went from weekly manic episodes to almost none at all. Though I had to deal with some weight gain, it was worth it for the stability. Just make sure to keep your doctor in the loop about any side effects.
definitely agree that it helps with mood swings. I wish my insurance covered it though
