I've been on Atomoxetine 18mg capsules for about six months now, and I wanted to share my experience. The medication has helped me improve my focus and reduce impulsivity, which has been a game-changer for my daily life. However, I've experienced some side effects like headache and trouble sleeping, which have been manageable. I'm curious to hear from others who have tried Atomoxetine and how it has worked for them. Have you found any strategies to cope with the side effects? Would love to know!

I've heard that exercise can help with ADHD too. Has anyone combined Atomoxetine with physical activity and seen good results?

When I started taking Atomoxetine, I had trouble sleeping. It was pretty bad, but then I found that taking a low dose of melatonin at night helped. I suggest talking to your doctor about it

I tried Atomoxetine but had to stop due to severe stomach pain. It might work for some, but it definitely wasn't for me.

Atomoxetine has been a mixed bag for me. It helped with focus, but the side effects were pretty rough. I'm trying to find the right balance with my dosage.

I read that Atomoxetine can cause severe liver problems. Has anyone experienced this or know someone who has? That's pretty scary stuff.

I had a friend who took this, and they seemed to do pretty well. Maybe it just depends on the person?

Do you think the side effects are worth it if the meds are working well for you?

I've been on Atomoxetine for a year, and it's been life-changing. The side effects were tough at first, but my doctor adjusted the dosage, and now I'm feeling much better.

I've been really struggling with these side effects. I noticed that my appetite disappeared. Any tips?
