I've been using Baclofen 20mg/20ml Inj 20ml for a few months now to manage the spasticity from my spinal cord injury. The medication is delivered directly into the fluid around my spinal cord using a special pump, and it has made a huge difference in my quality of life. The side effects have been manageable, but I was nervous about the possibility of severe reactions. Has anyone else had experience with this medication? I'd love to hear your stories and any tips you might have.

I've been on Baclofen for years and it's been a game-changer. The pump system is a bit of a hassle to get used to, but the relief is worth it. Just make sure to keep an eye on the pump site for any signs of infection.

I wish I could get more information on the long-term effects of Baclofen. I've been on it for a while now, and I'm curious about what to expect down the line.

Stay hydrated, folks. It helps with a lot of the side effects.

I've found that the constipation can be pretty bad. Make sure to talk to your doctor about ways to manage that. I use a combination of stool softeners and a high-fiber diet, and it's helped a lot.

My friend had a really bad reaction to Baclofen. It caused severe hallucinations and they had to stop taking it immediately. It's definitely important to be aware of the serious side effects and to seek medical attention right away if you experience any.

I had a few issues with urinary symptoms, but my doctor adjusted the dosage slightly, and it cleared up. Keep the lines of communication open with your healthcare provider.

I've experienced some dizziness and drowsiness, but nothing too severe. I do worry about the potential for more serious side effects, like seizures or hallucinations. My doctor reassured me that these are rare, but it's still scary to think about.
