My experience with Citranatal Medley Capsules: Are they worth it?
I've been taking Citranatal Medley Capsules for a few months now, and I wanted to start a discussion about my experience. I've been trying to get pregnant, so I thought it was a good idea to start taking prenatal vitamins, since I wanted to give my body the best shot at conceiving. However, I did not expect to experience some of the more serious side effects. Some of these capsules have caused me to have episodes of vomiting, chills, and even bloody stools. I went to the doctor and they said it could be due to the iron content. Has anyone else had similar issues? Or should I just switch to a different brand?

I've been taking citrus fruits and this has given me a lot of energy. It's great to have the energy to go to work and take care of the baby. I would recommend these to anyone who is pregnant. Not only do they give you energy, but they also give you the nutrients you need to have a healthy baby. I would recommend these to anyone who is pregnant and is looking for a good prenatal vitamin. As long as you don't have any side effects, you should be good to go. If you do, you might want to talk to your doctor and see if there is something else you can do.
I've been taking these for my entire pregnancy and haven't had any issues. I think it might be the dosage you are taking. I would talk to your doctor and see if they can help you adjust the dosage or try a different brand. Although iron can cause stomach upset, be sure to keep hydrated and eat iron-rich foods. I also recommend eating a cup of red meat a week, then switching to spinach the rest of the week. My OBGYN recommended it.
I had super bad heartburn with Citranatal. I switched to Nature Made prenatal vitamins. Way better! Just a heads up...
I think it might be your diet. Eat a lot of fiber and greens and you should be good to go. I took these once a day while I was pregnant and had no issues. Try to add some high-fiber foods to your diet and be sure to stay hydrated. I also recommend walking 30 minutes a day and eating a lot of spinach and bananas. Try it out.
I've been on Citranatal Medley for a few months without any issues. Maybe check with your doctor? 1 + for the allergic reaction, but otherwise, I've found them pretty good!
I don't think these are worth it. I had a lot of gas and bloating and I had to switch to a different brand. I would recommend talking to your doctor and seeing if there is something else you can do.
I've heard mixed reviews about this brand. Some people love it, and some people hate it. I guess it's just a matter of personal preference. I recommend trying a different brand if you're having issues.
I switched to Citranatal because I had heard it was the best one out there and would be good for my baby. I would recommend trying a different brand and seeing if those work better for you. I started taking these and I was fine during my first pregnancy. However, during my second pregnancy, I had horrible side effects and had to switch to a different brand. I had a lot of gas and bloating. I think it might be the dosage you are taking.
