I started taking Etravirine 100mg Tablets about 6 months ago as part of my HIV treatment regimen. Initially, I was a bit hesitant because of the potential side effects, but my doctor assured me that it's a crucial part of keeping the virus under control. So far, I've had a few ups and downs. The first few weeks were tough with some diarrhea, but it eventually subsided. I've also noticed some changes in my body fat distribution. I'm curious to know if anyone else has experienced similar side effects, and how they managed them. It's important to stay informed and communicate openly with our healthcare providers.

This is a bit of a serious thread but I think it's important to mention that while HIV meds can have side effects, they're usually manageable. Just listen to your body and work closely with your healthcare team.

Unfortunately, I had a bad reaction to Etravirine. I got this severe rash that spread all over my body. I had to stop taking it immediately and switched to a different medication.

I've been on Etravirine for 2 years now, and while I did experience some side effects at first, they eventually went away. Now, I feel great. It's all about finding the right balance and listening to your body.

Interesting, I've heard a lot about Etravirine but never about any changes in body fat distribution. I wonder if that's a common side effect or just something specific to certain individuals.

I've been on Etravirine for about a year now. The diarrhea was a real issue for me too, but I found that taking it with food helped a lot. Also, I had some weird skin reactions at first, but my doctor adjusted my dosage, and it got better. Stick with it, and communicate with your doctor—it really helps!

Just a quick question: Has anyone else had any issues with skin reactions? I'm starting Etravirine soon and I'm a bit worried about that.

Yep, the diarrhea was brutal for the first month. But after that, it cleared up. Just be sure to drink plenty of water and eat light when you start.

Side effects can be tough, but remember, this medication is helping you live a healthier life. Stay positive and keep communicating with your doctor. You're not alone in this fight!

I’ve been on Etravirine for about 3 months now, and I must say, it’s been a bit of a roller coaster. I experienced some severe dizziness and muscle pain, but my doctor adjusted the dose, and it’s gotten better. I hope it continues to improve.

I was really scared when I started Etravirine because of the liver problems mentioned in the side effects. But so far, so good! Just make sure to get regular check-ups and blood tests.
