My experience with Ezfe 200mg Capsules for iron deficiency anemia - worth it?
I started taking Ezfe 200mg Capsules a few weeks ago to treat my iron deficiency anemia. I've heard that it's easier on the stomach than other iron supplements, but I'm not sure if it's worth the side effects. Has anyone else taken this medication? How was your experience? Were the side effects severe or mild? I'm dealing with constipation and a bit of stomach pain, but I'm not sure if it's worth sticking with it.

I wish my doctor had warned me about the constipation. It was pretty bad at first, but it got better after a few days. Just make sure to drink lots of water and eat plenty of fiber.
Ezfe gave me the worst stomach cramps. I had to stop taking it. But my iron levels are up, so it's a trade-off. I'd say give it a try, but be prepared to switch if it's too bad.
I had to stop taking Ezfe after a week. The constipation was unbearable, and I had these weird green stools. Yuck! My doctor suggested trying a different form of iron.
Ezfe worked well for me, but I did notice some stomach pain. My doctor said it's normal and should go away in time. Stick with it if you can, but talk to your doctor if it gets too bad.
Seriously, the green stools were the worst part for me. But it helped my anemia, so it was worth it in the end. Just be prepared for that!
I've switched to a liquid iron supplement and it's been much gentler on my stomach. It's worth trying a different form if Ezfe isn't working for you.
I've been on Ezfe for about a month and haven't had any major issues. I take it with food, and it seems to help with the stomach upset. My energy levels are improving too!
What's the best way to take it? Does it matter what time of day or with food or something?
I've been taking Ezfe for a while and haven't had any issues. I think it's worth it if you're dealing with anemia. Just listen to your body and talk to your doctor.
I had a really bad reaction to Ezfe. I broke out in hives and had trouble breathing. I had to go to the emergency room. Please be careful and watch for allergic reactions.
