I've been taking Fenofibrate 48mg Tablets for about six months now to manage my high cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Overall, I've seen some positive results, but I've also experienced some side effects that I think are worth discussing. Initially, my doctor prescribed this medication to help lower my cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. I was a bit anxious about starting a new medication, but my doctor assured me that Fenofibrate is generally well-tolerated. So far, my cholesterol levels have improved, but I can't ignore the side effects. I've had mild headaches and some stomach discomfort, which is quite uncomfortable. I haven't experienced any serious side effects, but I'm still a bit concerned about the potential for severe reactions. Has anyone else had a similar experience with Fenofibrate? What should I do if I notice any worsening of these side effects?

I switched to Fenofibrate from another cholesterol medication because of severe side effects. Fenofibrate has been much kinder to me, but I agree that the stomach pain can be annoying. I also found that taking it with food helps a lot.

I was nervous about starting Fenofibrate because of the potential for serious side effects, but my doctor reassured me that they are quite rare. I've had no issues so far, but I'm still cautious.

I felt so sick in the past from another cholesterol drug and had to come off it, now I'm trying Fenofibrate. Fingers crossed that I don't have the same issues.

Don't forget to drink plenty of water while on Fenofibrate. I underestimated how much dehydration can amplify the side effects, especially the headaches.
