I was diagnosed with a type of lymphoma and my doctor prescribed Istodax Ovr 10mg Inj, 1vial. It's been a few weeks since I started the treatment, and I've experienced some side effects that I wasn't expecting. I'm looking for others who might have gone through the same thing and can share their experiences. What side effects did you experience, and how did you cope with them? Also, what precautions did your doctor advise you to take?

I've noticed some changes in my taste, and I've had some mouth sores, but nothing too severe. However, I'm concerned about the more serious side effects mentioned in the drug information. I've been keeping a close eye on any signs of infection or electrolyte problems. Just wondering if anyone else has had to deal with these issues and what their doctors advised.

I've also heard about tumor lysis syndrome (TLS) and how it can be life-threatening. It's scary to think about, but I know it's important to be vigilant. Has anyone here had to deal with TLS while on this medication?

Overall, I'm hopeful that this treatment will work, but I'm also a bit anxious about the potential side effects. Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.

I had to call the doctor when I started experiencing some chest pain. Turns out it was just muscle pain from the drug, but it's better to be safe. Listen to your body and don't hesitate to seek help.

I'm a nurse and I've seen a few patients on Istodax. The most common side effects are nausea and vomiting, but some patients also experience mood changes and confusion. It's important to report any unusual symptoms to your healthcare provider right away.

I've been on Istodax for a while now, and the worst side effects for me have been the fatigue and nausea. It's been tough, but my doctor gave me some meds to help with that. Stick to it, it gets better with time.

Has anyone noticed changes in their urine output? I've had some issues with that, and my doc said it could be a sign of tumor lysis syndrome. Scary stuff.

I've had a few friends go through this treatment. They all said the constipation and diarrhea were the worst. They had to use a lot of over-the-counter remedies to manage it. Good luck with your treatment!

I had a really bad reaction to Istodax. I got severe hives and had to go to the ER. Turns out I was allergic to it. If you start getting a rash or any other weird symptoms, get to a doctor ASAP.

This drug is no joke. I had muscle cramps and weakness so bad I could barely move. My doc said it was probably due to electrolyte imbalances. Make sure you're drinking plenty of fluids and eating foods rich in electrolytes.
