I've been on Lurasidone 60mg for a few months now to manage my bipolar depression. I've noticed some incredible improvements in my mood and overall energy levels. However, I've also experienced some side effects like dizziness and restlessness. Has anyone else had similar experiences? What helped you manage these side effects? Also, I'm curious to hear about how others take it — do you experience any big changes if you take it with or without food?

I've had a similar experience with Lurasidone. I had some weight gain initially, but it seemed to stabilize. I took it with food and that seemed to help with the dizziness. It's important to stick to the prescribed dosage and not mix it with other medications unless approved by your doctor.

I've been on Lurasidone for a few weeks now and I've had some dizziness and restless legs. My doctor suggested some exercises to help with the restless legs. But in terms of side effects it's been mostly manageable.

I take a low salt diet to help with the dizziness and it's working great so far. It's a bit of a pain but I think it's worth it. I get some bad drowsiness too but it's way better than the mental symptoms.

What do you mean by 'big changes' if you take it with or without food? Not sure I follow, can you elaborate?

I was on Lurasidone for a while, and I found that it really helped with my schizophrenia symptoms. The side effects were tough at first, but I managed them by talking to my psychiatrist and adjusting my diet. I highly recommend working closely with your healthcare provider.

I had the weirdest symptom when I started, I thought I had a fever, but it was just NMS. I went to the ER, got to the ER, got some benadryl, and felt much better.

I take Lurasidone with food and it helps a lot with the side effects. I was really worried about the side effects when I started, but my doctor explained them really well and gave me tips on how to manage them. It's been a game-changer for me.
