Lurasidone 60mg Tablets have been a game-changer for my treatment of schizophrenia and bipolar depression. This medication is specifically used to balance certain natural chemicals in the brain, making it crucial to take exactly as prescribed, with food. While it has been effective, I’ve encountered some side effects. I'm curious to hear from others who have taken this medication. What's your experience been like? How have you managed the side effects?

I've read a lot about tardive dyskinesia, so I'm really glad I have regular check-ups with my doctor. Has anyone else had any experience with this? It was extremely helpful to learn about all possible side effects as well, so I know what to look out for. It's important to know that it is not common, but awareness is always helpful.

I experienced an allergic reaction to Lurasidone, which was scary. I had a rash, itching, and swelling in my throat. I had to stop taking it immediately and seek medical help. Never ignore those symptoms if you have been prescribed Lurasidone. I have been fortunate to find an alternative that works for me

I've taken Lurasidone for a few months now, and it has helped manage my bipolar depression significantly. However, I've had some weight gain, which has been a bit frustrating. Did anyone else experience this?

Just started Lurasidone and I'm already feeling better. No major side effects yet, but will keep an eye out. Fingers crossed!

I recently started taking Lurasidone and noticed some dizziness and drowsiness but nothing too severe. Fingers crossed it stays that way. I've been taking it with food as prescribed and it feels like it has worked so far. My doctor tried to educate me about the severe symptoms that can occur and to seek medical help immediately. My thoughts were that the side effects are better than the struggles I endured previously

Yea, I must have been quite the sight. I felt so gross and I had a bad taste in my mouth. It was a fascinating experience to me, my mouth and tongue felt dry and I had trouble swallowing. What I soon found out, though, is that this was due to a lack of fluids. If you have not been drinking enough water, you are more likely to feel this way. Thankfully it went away and I feel more wiser

I've been on Lurasidone and experienced tremors, difficulty swallowing, and speech problems which were difficult to manage. I spoke to my doctor and we are monitoring my condition closely. My doctor recommended taking it with food to mitigate the symptoms, but unfortunately it didn't work for me. This thread is a helpful reminder to stay on top of my symptoms and communicate regularly with my healthcare provider. I've been trying to be more active and exercise more to combat the weight gain. Have any of you had to rely on alternatives?

I'm glad this thread exists because it's such a relief to know others are going through the same thing. I've had some unusual side effects, and hearing others' experiences has been really helpful. I'm now able to recognize things that I should be looking out for, and feel more empowered, knowing I now have a community to lean back on

I've been on Lurasidone for a year, and while it has helped stabilize my mood, the biggest challenge has been the hormonal changes. I noticed menstrual irregularities and some weight gain. I've been monitoring my symptoms closely, and it's been a good reminder to stay in touch with my healthcare provider. This discussion has been so helpful in understanding I'm not alone with these side effects. Thanks for sharing. It can feel isolating when these changes start happening

I had a bit of trouble focusing at first, but it got better after a month or so. I think the key is sticking to the prescribed dosage and taking it with food.
