I was recently prescribed Mag L-Lactate 84mg SR Tablets to help with muscle cramps and general fatigue. I've been taking them for about a month now. The supplement has definitely helped with muscle function, but I've noticed some digestive issues. I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced similar side effects or if there are any tips to mitigate them. Additionally, I'm curious about long-term effects and whether anyone has successfully switched to a different form of magnesium supplement. Thanks in advance for any insights!

I'd be cautious about switching forms of magnesium without consulting a doctor. Different forms have different benefits and absorption rates. Just because one doesn't work for you doesn't mean another will. But if you're okay with experimenting, good luck!

I take Mag L-Lactate and have noticed significantly better sleep and stress relief. No digestive issues here. Maybe it's a dosage thing? I started low and increased gradually.

I've been on Mag L-Lactate for a few months and it's been a game-changer for my leg cramps. No side effects so far, but I did start with a lower dose, so my body could adjust. Maybe that would help with the digestive issues?
