Has anyone out there had any experience with Methotrexate 25mg/ml Pf Single Use for treating rheumatoid arthritis? I've been on it for a few months, and I've noticed some improvements in my symptoms, but I'm also dealing with some side effects that I want to know if others have experienced or any tips on how to manage them. I'm particularly interested in how others have handled the possible side effects like fatigue, nausea, and hair loss. I've also heard about some really serious side effects, and I'm wondering if anyone has experienced these or if they went away after stopping the medication.

Methotrexate can be a lifesaver, but it's not without its challenges. I've had issues with nausea, so my doctor recommended taking it with food and splitting the dose if necessary. It's also important to monitor your liver function regularly, as Methotrexate can be tough on the liver.

I've had severe side effects from Methotrexate, including kidney problems and nausea. My doctor had to switch me to a different medication. It's a tough drug to handle, so make sure you're in close contact with your healthcare provider.

Just started taking Methotrexate last week. Can anyone share some tips on managing the side effects? Like, what helped you the most, and how long did you have to deal with them?

I've been on Methotrexate for a year now, and while it's helped with my RA flare-ups, the fatigue is really tough to deal with. I find that staying hydrated and taking short naps throughout the day helps a little, but it's still a struggle.

I've seen some patients experience really severe reactions like severe stomach pain and bleeding. It's important to stay vigilant and report any unusual symptoms to your doctor immediately.
