I've been prescribed Mifepristone 300mg Tablets to manage my Cushing's syndrome, and I'm curious about others' experiences. This medication has been a game-changer for controlling my high blood sugar levels but has also come with its own set of challenges. The most frustrating side effect has been dealing with the constant dizziness and fatigue. However, I've found that taking the medication exactly as prescribed and maintaining a close relationship with my doctor has helped manage the side effects effectively. I'd love to hear from others who have been on this medication long-term and how they've coped with the potential side effects. Especially when to seek urgent care.

I'm actually really surprised by how well this medication has worked for me. I was really skeptical at first, but it's definitely helped manage my symptoms. Just wish they'd have mentioned the constipation.

I'm really worried about the side effects, especially the signs of adrenal insufficiency. Has anyone experienced any of these issues? I feel like I need to be hyper-vigilant about monitoring my body's reactions to this medication.

I've found that keeping a symptom diary has been really helpful. It's allowed me to track any unusual symptoms and bring them up with my doctor during my appointments. I highly recommend it!

I've heard that some people experience severe allergic reactions. I'm really scared about that. I've also read the FDA guidelines on reporting side effects and I'll make sure I report them

Anyone else struggle with severe nausea? I've had to switch to a different anti-nausea medication to manage it. It's been a bit of a pain, but worth it to keep the side effects under control.

I had some really scary experiences with abnormal vaginal bleeding and anxiety. I had to go to the ER a couple of times because I wasn't sure what was happening. It turns out my cortisol levels were fluctuating more than expected. My doctor was really helpful and adjusted my dosage and I think I'm in a better place

I wish someone had told me about the potential for prolonged QT interval issues. I wasn't aware of this and had a really scary episode of rapid heartbeat. I ended up in the ER and they had to monitor me for a while. Just be aware of it and talk to your doctor.
