I've been on Mirapex for a while and haven't had any major side effects. Everyone is different, though, so it's hard to say what you'll experience.

I am surprised you are not experiencing some of the more serious side effects, I hope you can get yours under control before it progresses to that.
I started with the same dose and had the same side effects. My doc switched me to a lower dose, and it helped a lot. Might be worth discussing with your doctor.
I think vivid dreams and trouble sleeping can be side effects. But let your doctor know if it becomes too much to handle. You shouldn't suffer in silence.
