I've been taking Nicazel Forte Tablets for about 6 months now to supplement my daily vitamin intake. They've been great for filling in the nutritional gaps in my diet, and I've noticed an improvement in my overall energy levels. I wanted to share my experience and gather more information from others who might have tried these tablets. Has anyone experienced any unusual side effects? I've heard mixed reviews about them, so I'd love to hear your thoughts.

A balanced diet is ideal, but it's not always possible to get all the nutrients you need. Multivitamins can definitely help fill those gaps, but everyone's body responds differently to them. It's important to monitor your reactions and consult a doctor if anything seems off.

I've been taking a lower dosage and haven't experienced any major side effects. Just the occasional bit of an upset stomach. Overall, I’d recommend them if you're struggling with nutritional deficiencies.

I'm skeptical about multivitamins in general. A balanced diet should be enough, right?

A friend of mine said they had an allergic reaction with red, swollen skin. She ended up stopping and it went away. Good thing she acted fast.

I started taking them a month ago and I've had some constipation issues. I'm not sure if it's directly related, but it's been a bit of a concern. Have any of you dealt with this?

I wonder if the severity of the side effects depends on the dosage you take.

I take them and just use them to get an extra boost. No problems so far, knock on wood.

I started getting hives and my throat felt tight after a few days. I stopped immediately and went to the doctor. Turns out I was allergic to one of the ingredients. Scary stuff, but glad I caught it early.
