My Experience with Nicotine Mini Mint 2mg Lozenges for Quitting Smoking
I've been trying to quit smoking for what feels like forever, and I recently started using Nicotine Mini Mint 2mg Lozenges to help with the withdrawal symptoms. I've heard a lot about nicotine replacement therapy (NRT), but I wanted to share my personal experience with these lozenges. So far, I've found them quite effective in managing my cravings. I dissolve one slowly in my mouth, and it seems to help reduce the strong urges I get throughout the day. I've also noticed that the mint flavor is a nice change from the taste of cigarettes, making it a bit easier to stay away from smoking. I've been using them for about a week now, and I've experienced some mild side effects like a slight headache and a bit of a rash on my skin. However, the lozenge is allowing me to cut down on smoking significantly. I've read that serious side effects like chest pain and trouble breathing can occur, but so far, I haven't had anything that severe. I've been keeping an eye on my symptoms and will definitely reach out to my doctor if things get worse. I've also noticed a slight tingling sensation in my mouth after using the lozenge, but it's not terrible, and some people have had similar experiences. Has anyone else tried these lozenges? I'm curious to hear about other people's experiences and any tips or tricks they might have for making the most of this NRT method. I'm also interested in knowing if anyone has switched from these lozenges to another form of NRT and how that transition went. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

I tried these, and I hated the taste. I did not realize the taste could be so strong... but if you like mint, you should be good to go. Plus, they help with your cravings. I switched to the gum and I've noticed a lot more success.
I'm glad you're finding the lozenges helpful! I switched from smoking to using the lozenges and it was a lifesaver. Just make sure you're not using too many in a day. I made that mistake and had a pretty bad headache for days.
I did these lozenges and the patches together. For me, it was worth the cost since it meant I could finally stop smoking.
These lozenges are great, but I found that they gave me the hiccups pretty badly. Anyone else have this problem? Also, I'd like to know if anyone has managed to quit entirely using these and how long it took.
I used Nicotine Mini Mint 2mg Lozenges for a few weeks and noticed some side effects that worried me, like dizziness and tingling in my fingers. I talked to my doctor about it, and they advised me to stop using them right away. I'm now using a nicotine patch, and it seems to be working better for me. Everyone reacts differently to these things, so it's important to pay attention to your body and consult with a professional if you notice anything unusual.
Just a heads-up, I tried to dissolve the lozenge too quickly and ended up with a mouth full of bitter nicotine. Don't rush it! Another tip: suck on them like a cough drop and let them sit in your mouth; this will help with the absorption process.
I've been on a nicotine replacement journey for a few months now, and I can tell you that everyone's experience is different. Some people find the lozenges to be a lifesaver, while others struggle with the taste or side effects. It all depends on your body's response to the nicotine and your personal preferences. If you're having trouble, don't be afraid to reach out to a healthcare professional for advice. You have to keep trying!
Definitely Truggin. I don't get nervous or excitable as much but all these lozenges helped me with that. Once they're gone, I can't make the same claims though. Don't know if it was the lozenges, but I'm sleeping a lot better now. Maybe the lack of nicotine or maybe the lozenges?
I used these lozenges for a few months and found them to be really helpful. However, I noticed that the mint flavor started to bother my stomach after a while, so I had to switch to a different form of NRT. It's worth trying different things to see what works best for you. Also, if you're consistently experiencing bad side effects, it's better to stop using them and consult a doctor right away.
