I’ve been wondering if anyone else has used this and found it too expensive. It’s a bit pricey for me. Any thoughts on cheaper alternatives?
I think the key is to use it as directed and not overdo it. I've been using it for two weeks and so far, so good. No major side effects.
I tried this and it didn't work for me. I had awful nose sores and it just wasn't worth it. I switched to the patches and that's been better.

I had to stop using Nicotrol NS because of the mouth sores. It was just too uncomfortable. Back to the patch for me.
Side effects or not, if it helps you quit smoking, it's worth it. Just talk to your doctor if things get bad.
I had some really bad side effects like chest pain and dizziness. I stopped using it right away and went back to the gum. Be careful!
