I've been prescribed Nucynta ER 150mg Tablets for my chronic pain, and while they've helped, I'm experiencing some side effects that are troubling me. I'm curious to hear if anyone else has had similar issues and how they've managed them. The drug is supposed to help with pain by altering how the brain and nervous system respond, but the side effects can be pretty intense. I've had issues with dizziness, constipation, and even some mood changes. I've been taking it as prescribed and trying to manage the side effects as best I can, but I'm not sure if there's more I can do. Has anyone else had good luck managing these issues? I had a really bad allergic reaction to Nucynta ER. It's rare, but if you notice any signs like rash, hives, or trouble breathing, get to a doctor ASAP.

I've heard that extended-release opioids can be tricky because the dosage is spread out over time. Make sure you're taking it exactly as prescribed and not crushing or chewing the tablets. Also, be aware of the risks of abuse and addiction. opioids aren't a joke

I switched to Nucynta ER after trying a bunch of other opioids, and it's the only one that really worked for my nerve pain. The side effects were rough at first, but they've gotten better over time. I'd say give it a chance and see if it improves. Also, make sure you're not taking anything else that might interact badly. If you're taking other medications with Serotonin, you might get serotonin syndrome. That's why I stopped taking my antidepressants

I've had no issues with Nucynta ER so far. It's been a lifesaver for my back pain. Just make sure you're taking it as prescribed and not overdoing it.

I wish more people talked about the breathing difficulties. I had no idea that was a potential side effect until I experienced it myself. It's scary stuff.
