I've been on Paliperidone ER 6mg for about 6 months now, and I thought I'd share my experience. I was diagnosed with schizophrenia a few years ago and this is the first medication that has made a noticeable difference in my symptoms. I've experienced some side effects, but they've been manageable overall. It has really made me realize how important understanding all of the side effects are before starting treatment. I'm also interested to hear from others about their experiences with this medication, particularly their experiences with side effects.

Could anyone tell me more about tardive dyskinesia? I've been taking Paliperidone for a while and I'm wondering what to look out for.

I wish I had known more about the high blood sugar signs. It's scary to think about how serious some of these side effects can be so it's important to look out for them and contact a doctor immediately if you notice anything concerning.

I was really worried about the side effects but I've been pretty lucky so far. Just a bit of dizziness and some constipation, nothing I can't handle.

I just started taking Paliperidone ER 6mg and I'm already noticing some of the side effects like constipation and anxiety. Has anyone else experienced these symptoms and if so, how did you manage them?

I've never heard of neuroleptic malignant syndrome (NMS) before. What are the first signs that something might be wrong?

I've been on Paliperidone for a few months and I've noticed some changes in my muscle control and movements. Is this a common side effect? I'm a bit worried it might be tardive dyskinesia.

I think it's important to talk about the potentially life-threatening side effects. A friend of mine had a really bad reaction to this med and ended up in the hospital with NMS. Scary stuff.
