I've been prescribed Pamidronate Sol3mg/ml, 10ml to help manage my high calcium levels due to bone cancer. It's been a bit of a roller coaster. I'm curious to know if anyone else has gone through this and how they're handling the side effects. Has anyone experienced any severe reactions? I've heard it can cause serious issues if not monitored properly. I'm also wondering about the long-term effects on bone health. Any insights or tips would be greatly appreciated!

I've heard it can cause fractures in the leg. Be careful with any new or unusual pain in that area. It might be a sign of something serious.

This medication is a double-edged sword. It helps with bone strength but can also cause jaw issues. Stay vigilant and report any unusual symptoms to your doctor.

You mentioned side effects, did you ever get a UTI from it? I read about urinary tract infections being a potential side effect.

Pamidronate has been a lifesaver for me with Paget's disease. The injections are a bit uncomfortable, but the benefits are worth it. Just make sure to stay hydrated and monitor your kidney function regularly.

I started Pamidronate a few months ago. It's been a game-changer for my bone health, but I've had some bad nights with nausea. Just something to be aware of.

I'm on my third round of Pamidronate and so far, no major issues. Just some fatigue and mild joint pain. Crossing my fingers it stays that way!

Has anyone else noticed increased sweating? It's been a bit annoying, but I guess it's a small price to pay for the benefits.

I've been on Pamidronate for a few months now, and so far, so good. No major issues, just some mild dizziness. Fingers crossed it stays that way.

My mom was on this for a while. She had some jaw issues, so be cautious with dental work and consult your doctor before any procedures.
