I was recently prescribed Perampanel 10mg Tablets to manage my epilepsy. The doctor explained that it works by calming overactive brain signals that can cause seizures. It's taken once a day, usually at bedtime, which I find convenient. I've noticed some side effects, particularly dizziness and fatigue, but nothing too severe. Has anyone else tried this medication? I'm curious to hear about your experiences, especially regarding the side effects and how they managed them.

This drug is a lifesaver, but the first few weeks were tough. Dizziness and fatigue are no joke. Stick with it, though; it gets better.

I've been on Perampanel for about six months now, and it's been a game-changer. My seizures have significantly decreased, but I did experience some dizziness at first. It's manageable now, but I always make sure to take it at the same time each day to maintain consistency.

I've been on Perampanel for a while and it's been great for managing my seizures. I take it exactly at bedtime and it has indeed helped me a lot. But I have noticed some changes in balance and coordination, so be cautious when you first start taking it.

I started taking Perampanel a few weeks ago, and it's been a bit of a rollercoaster. The dizziness is bad, but I'm hoping it gets better with time. My doctor told me about serious side effects to watch out for, but they haven't mentioned these rare ones. What are the most common side effects you guys have experienced?

I switched to this from a different medication and it's been a lot better, no more frequent seizures. Side effects were rough at first, but after a few weeks, they seem to have subsided. Just be cautious if you're sensitive to light. I still hope the meds don't have long term side effects. Stay safe!

How do you guys handle the side effects? I've been feeling really tired and dizzy, and it's affecting my daily activities. I hope it gets better soon because it's really tough right now.

I've never heard of this drug. How long did it take for it to start working? And does anyone know if it's safe to take with other medications? My doctor mentioned something about interactions, but I forgot to ask questions.
