I've been taking Piroxicam 20mg Capsules for the past month to manage my arthritis pain, and I've had a mix of positive and negative experiences. At first, it was great: the inflammation in my joints went down significantly and I could move around a lot more easily. However, after about a week, I started experiencing some stomach discomfort and had a few episodes of diarrhea and vomiting. I initially thought it was just a side effect and nothing to worry about, but it eventually got bad enough that I consulted my doctor. I was told that these side effects are common, but I was also warned about more serious complications such as kidney and liver issues. I'm now more cautious about taking the medication and make sure to monitor my health closely.

Have you considered trying another NSAID like ibuprofen? Sometimes switching can help with the side effects.

I've always had an issue with the dizziness side effect. Just had to stop taking it because it was making me so lightheaded. Can't imagine having to deal with the other issues too.

I was on Piroxicam for a while and thought it was great. But I had to stop taking it because it was messing with my blood pressure. My doctor advised me to switch to something else.

I think people underestimate how serious NSAID side effects can be. I've seen people with stomach ulcers and other complications from long-term use.

This is why I always read the side effects list thoroughly before starting any new medication. The serious ones are rare but scary.

Do you know if there are any long-term effects of taking Piroxicam? I'm worried about potential damage to my kidneys or liver.

I've been on Piroxicam for a year now, and I've had no issues at all. It's a lifesaver for my arthritis pain. But everyone is different, so it's good to be cautious.
