I've been taking Pregabalin 300mg capsules for about six months now to manage my fibromyalgia symptoms. Initially, I was skeptical because I've tried several medications without much success. However, I've noticed a significant reduction in nerve pain and overall discomfort. My doctor recommended this medication because it's known to calm overactive nerve signals. The most noticeable side effects for me have been dizziness and drowsiness, but nothing severe enough to stop taking it. I'm curious to hear from others who have taken Pregabalin and their experiences with side effects. Has anyone else noticed improvements in their fibromyalgia symptoms? And what about the more serious side effects—has anyone encountered those?

I've been on Pregabalin for about a year now and it's helped a lot with my nerve pain, but I've also gained a significant amount of weight. It's frustrating because I can't seem to lose it even with diet and exercise. Has anyone else experienced this?

If anyone else talks to their doctor about Pregabalin side effects, make sure you mention the stuff about platelet counts and skin sores. My mom had a lot of unexplained bruising, and this was the solution.

I've found that Pregabalin does work, but it's not the same for everyone. I know people who've had great experiences and those who've had to switch medications due to side effects. It's a tough one.

I was on Pregabalin for a while for nerve pain, but the dizziness was too much for me. I switched back to Gabapentin and it's been better for me.
