I've been using Roflumilast for a few months now, and I've noticed a significant reduction in my COPD flare-ups. It's not a miracle cure, but it's definitely helped improve my lung function. I'm curious to hear from others who have used this medication. How has it worked for you? Any side effects or downsides? I've avoided using it in situations like when I've experienced sudden breathing problems; I'd like to know how those situations have played out for those experiencing the same. For those who've had similar experiences, what can you recommend?

I started Roflumilast a year ago and while it helped, I did experience some nausea and weight loss. Is this normal?

I have COPD, but my doctor hasn't mentioned this. Seems odd since I've been having exacerbations every month. Can you ask your doctor to give you more insight?

Has anyone used this while having breathing problems?

Roflumilast has been a game-changer for me too. I used to have exacerbations every few weeks, and now it's been months since my last one. However, I struggle to remember whether it is intended for sudden breathing issues. Can anyone clarify?

I've tried it, and it didn't work for me. I had to switch to something else. It's frustrating because it seems to work for so many people.
