Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) a few months ago and started taking Scemblix 40mg tablets. I've seen some good results, but I'm also dealing with some side effects. I've had a few episodes of severe stomach pain and some muscle cramps, which I think might be related to the drug. Has anyone else had similar experiences? I'm wondering if these symptoms will go away over time or if there are any tips to manage them. I've also been monitoring my blood pressure and heart rate as the medication can impact these. Curious to hear from others who have been on Scemblix and how they've managed it. Thanks!

Seriously, though, if you start feeling any of those serious symptoms, don’t mess around. Go to the ER or call your doctor ASAP. It’s better to be safe. I can’t even imagine dealing with chest pain or something like that.

I’ve heard that some people experience a lot of fatigue on Scemblix. I was worried about this, but it’s been pretty manageable for me. I take a nap when I need to and keep my energy levels up with good food and moderate exercise.

I've been on Scemblix for a year now. The first few months were tough with the side effects, but it's definitely worth it if it's helping to manage your CML. I've had to adjust my diet and exercise routine to cope with the fatigue. I found that lighter workouts and a balanced diet helped me a lot.

I’m so sorry to hear about your struggles. I was on a different medication before Scemblix, but the side effects were unbearable. Scemblix has been a lot better for me so far. Just make sure to talk to your doctor about any concerns.

I've had some really bad nausea with Scemblix. My doctor suggested taking it with food and it's made a big difference. Also, I've noticed that my blood pressure has been a bit wonky, so I'm keeping a close eye on that. Make sure to monitor your blood pressure regularly, man.

I had severe muscle pain so I had to take some time off work. I saw a specialist who gave me some vitamin supplements to help with the joint issues. It's worth trying some supplements and if it doesn't work, go back to the doctor.
