I was prescribed Sertraline 100mg tablets for my anxiety disorder. I've been taking them for about three months now, and I wanted to share my experience. Initially, I had some side effects like dizziness and drowsiness, but they subsided after a couple of weeks. My anxiety levels have significantly decreased, and I feel more balanced overall. However, I've noticed some sexual side effects, which is a bit concerning. I've read that these can sometimes persist, but I'm hoping they'll go away with time. Has anyone else experienced this? Also, I'm wondering if anyone knows about the long-term effects of taking Sertraline. I'm curious to hear about other people's experiences and any advice they might have.

I've been on Sertraline for a year and my anxiety has improved a lot. But I totally get the sexual side effects are concerning. I'd suggest talking to your doctor about it. Mine offered some alternatives.

I had horrible side effects the first month or so and almost quit. Stomach pain, fatigue, and constant dizziness. But, I stuck with it and now I hardly have any side effects. My doctor told me that sometimes it just takes a bit of time for the body to adjust.

I've been on Sertraline for a while and the sexual side effects are still an issue. My doctor suggested adding Wellbutrin to manage them, and it's helped a lot. Definitely worth discussing with your doctor.

I had some bad experiences with weight gain and blurred vision. It was not great at all. I switched to another antidepressant and it has been better.

I had a really bad time with Sertraline. The side effects were awful, and it just didn't work for me. Everyone is different, so maybe it will be life-changing for you, but just be prepared for the possibility that it might not be the right fit.

I had such bad sexual side effects that I quit taking it. I tried adjusting the dosage, but nothing worked. I ended up switching to another SSRI and it's been better so far.

I've been on Sertraline for about 6 months and I've noticed some improvement in my anxiety, but not as much as I was hoping for. It's a bit frustrating, but I guess it's better than nothing. I’ve heard of people taking it for longer periods of time and having more success so I’ll give it a bit longer before discussing with my doctor.

Sertraline was a lifesaver for me. I had severe PTSD and it helped me stabilize my mood and manage my anxiety. It was a game-changer.

Sertraline saved my life after my brother died. It's not perfect, but it's made a huge difference in my ability to function day to day.
