My experience with Seysara 100mg Tablets - Is it worth it? Pros, Cons, Side Effects
I recently started using Seysara 100mg Tablets to treat my acne, and I have to say, it's been a mixed experience. On one hand, I've noticed a significant reduction in my acne breakouts, but on the other hand, I've been experiencing some side effects. My doctor told me I needed to give it some time, so I'm just trying to see if it gets better. I'm mostly concerned about the risk of C. diff-associated diarrhea since it can be life-threatening. I'm curious to hear from others who have used Seysara. What were your experiences, and did you face any serious side effects? Should I start looking for alternatives in the meantime? I've seen some success stories, but I want to know more before I make any decisions. The risk of an allergic reaction is also a bit worrying, since those symptoms can be really severe. I hope this thread will help me understand more about this medication. I've heard some people say that the side effects go away after a while, while others have said they continued to experience them. For now, I'm just trying to stay positive and see how things go...

I was worried about the increased brain pressure side effects, but thankfully I haven't experienced any of those. I think it's important to be aware of all the potential side effects, but also not to panic if you don't experience them. I did have some headaches and nausea at first, but they went away after a week or so, I believe. I'm just trying to stay positive and see how things go.
I've been on Seysara for a few weeks and I'm seeing great results. Yes — I have had some headaches and nausea but I would rather deal with that than this acne. Seysara has a lot more side effects than other antibiotics, so I feel like it's a tradeoff. I think it’s worth it considering how bad my acne was. I just have to take a little nap and drink some water when I feel tired or nauseous and it's fine. So far I haven't had any serious stuff but I think that my skin looks pretty good right now.
I had an allergic reaction to Seysara. It was terrible. My face, lips, and throat were all swollen and I couldn't breathe. Going to the ER was the best decision I made that day. I am so glad I had my friend with me to drive me since I was having trouble breathing.
I'm really curious about the long-term effects of Seysara. Has anyone been on it for more than a few months? How did your skin cope? Did you experience any new side effects?
I had some pretty bad diarrhea when I first started taking Seysara. It was scary because I didn't know if it was serious or not. I talked to my doctor about it and he said it might be a side effect. He told me to stop taking the medication for a few days and drink lots of water and electrolyte drinks, and it went away. If you experience side effects like this, make sure to talk to your doctor. It’s important to listen to your body and take care of yourself.
Be careful with this stuff. I ended up in the ER with severe dizziness and it was scary. It’s so scary to have side effects that could be life threatening. If you have any weird symptoms, get to the hospital right away. This may be a better medication for some people, but it wasn't worth it for me. I'm switching meds. For now I'm using a topical treatment, but it's too early to tell if it works for me.
I've been on Seysara for a month and I haven't had any serious side effects so far. I had some diarrhea at first but it went away after a few days. I'm seeing some improvements in my skin, so I think it's worth it for me. I've had some headaches and nausea, but they're manageable. I think it's important to give the medication time to work. I’m doing some research to see if there are any ways to minimize the side effects.
I've been on Seysara for about 3 months now, and honestly I am not sure if it's really working for me. I've had a few pimples cleared up but the stubborn ones just won't go away. I'm also experiencing a lot of stomach issues and headaches — not sure if it's the meds or not. I'm going to talk to my doctor about it soon.
Has anyone else had issues with sunburn? I was out in the sun for like 20 minutes and got a pretty nasty burn!
I had a pretty bad reaction to Seysara. I was experiencing headaches, dizziness and diarrhea which was hard to deal with. I stopped using it because it was just too difficult to deal with, I had to switch to another medication. I feel like I was really unlucky in terms of side effects. I wish it worked for me but it just didn’t.
