I've recently been prescribed Sildenafil 10mg Injection for my PAH. The medication has been a game-changer in terms of improving my breathing and exercise capacity. However, I've been experiencing some side effects like flushing and headache, which can be quite bothersome. I'm curious to know if anyone else has had similar experiences and how they managed these side effects. Also, as a note for those who don't know, the typical dosage is a 12.5ml injection, which is a small amount, but always double-check with your doctor as dosages can vary. It's important to keep track of your reactions to these medications and stay in touch with your caregivers.

I remember when I started, I had so many questions. Just stay in touch with your healthcare provider. They can adjust the dosage and help you manage side effects.

Have you looked to stop the pain from the headaches? I used to get migraines until my doctor put me on a preventative. It's really changed my life.

Anything that makes breathing easier is worth it. I feel like I can finally do things I've missed out on for years. Hang in there!

Be careful with the injection sites. I rotated mine, and it helped prevent any irritation. That's something a lot of people don't think about.

I've had some mild side effects too, but the biggest help was sticking to a routine with the medicine. I inject at the same time every day, and it's made a huge difference in managing my symptoms and side effects. Also, make sure to have people around when you take it. The first time I took it I had to sit down because I felt faint.

Bleeding or bruising where the injection sites are is completely new to me. I've only had injections at the hospital and the nurses know way better than me.

Have you tried calling the FDA? I'm sure they can offer more support or resources than just the brochure.

I've been on Sildenafil for a while now, and while it does help with breathing, the headaches were brutal at first. My doctor recommended taking over-the-counter pain relievers, which helped a lot. Also, stay hydrated, it really helps.

The serious side effects are scary. I had no idea an erection could last so long. I mean, it’s a miracle that could happen to anybody.

Keep an eye on that dosage. I had a friend who accidentally took a bit more than prescribed and had a pretty intense reaction. Always double-check before you inject.
